Obstetrician and Gynaecologist
Divisional Medical Director for Obstetrics, Gynaecology, Maternal-Fetal Medicine and Neonatology in North Queensland.
Background
Originally from Adelaide, Danny completed medical training at King’s College, London, then trained as a specialist and was employed at the University of Oxford. He moved to Queensland in 2008 and was Head of Obstetrics & Gynaecology at Townsville University Hospital for five years and Director of Training for another five.
Danny has academic affiliation to James Cook University and is passionate about improving public access and quality of care for women.
Danny is an Associate Fellow of RACMA, having undertaken leadership training with the Royal Australasian College of Medical Administrators.

Associate Professor Tucker is highly experienced in clinical case review, brief assessment, and expert witness report writing. He is well versed in contemporary medical research and adept at translating complex concepts into accessible, non-technical language.
